Lesley McDonald Associates delivers coaching, training and consulting to organisations in both the public and private sectors.

We support a chief executive, managing director or departmental team leader and his or her team in the development and implementation of inspiring and compelling strategies and visions.

We work with individuals, teams and organisation as they bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be, using techniques that have been used successfully within large corporations as well as in smaller businesses and organisations.

We design, develop and tailor our development programmes to meet the needs of individuals and teams throughout the organisation. We also deliver the NLP Coaching Practitioner programme, so that companies can benefit from in-house coaching skills.
